Design & Engineering:
A good design is the heart of a mold, therefore, APC´s Partner pays
special attention to the mold construction, cooling channels and
moving mechanisms to ensure the highest quality parts are delivered
from its mold at the minimum cycle. All molds are carefully designed
to maximize its service life and to ease maintenance. Longxiang has
CAE capability in house.
For many years, APC´s Partner has cooperated with some tooling experts
from UK and USA for its innovations on mold design

Quality molds produce quality parts. APC´s Partner has a high level
of in-process control on mold manufacturing and final mold
qualification. Equipped with in-house mold trial injection machines with
state-of-the-art measuring equipping, CPK analysis software and decouple
molding system, APC´s Partner ensure its molds will get quality parts
consistently at the shortest cycle.
In order to control the total process from order to shipment, APC´s
Partner developed the Plastic Mould Mannual for every mould which is a
great innovation in plastic mould field.
